General
Agreement

  • By commissioning me you agree to the Terms Of Service

  • All drawings are 3.5k-4k resolution and 600 DPI for print ability

  • Do not re-upload the artwork without credit, credit to the artist is mandatory

  • Do not edit, alter, or change anything I have drawn in any capacity

  • Do not resell any of my artwork or use them for any type of profit, merchandise, NFT, AI, or gain

  • If you plan to sell any of my artwork for profit, merchandise or gain; you (the client) must sign a contract with me (the artist) beforehand

  • I, as the artist, have the rights to use the commissioned work as my personal portfolio, unless it was requested to be a private work by the client.

  • I, as the artist, have the rights to decline a commission request if it does not fall within my skill range or for any other reason(s).

  • I, as the artist, can't and won't give the source files or 'progress/update screenshots' under any circumstances to prevent art thieves, minor/major editing/altering/modifying/changing on art, and any other reasons.

  • the commissioned work is for personal use only.

  • I will not draw: mecha, gore, buff male figures, large farm animals (cows, elephants, horses, etc), anything illegal, and I will not draw in another artist's style or another style than the one advertised

  • I, as the artist, retain the rights to the commissioned work.

  • these terms of service are subject to change without notice when a new situation arises, clarifications need to be made, or for any other reasons.

Payment

  • No haggling

  • No charge backs

  • Payment is paid in full up front; payment plans or split payments are not accepted

  • Clients commission request will be canceled after 48 hours if you (the client) fails to pay

  • If you (the client) cancels the commission while it is being worked on and you have not received the commission yet you will receive a full refund (you will not receive the drawing). If you have already received the drawing, this refund proccess is not a valid option for you (the client)

  • Accepted forms of payment are: Paypal Ko-Fi

  • Up to 1 major revision & 3 minor revisions for free, any extra revisions will have a fee of $5 USD

  • ㅤDo not send the payment as "family and friends" As I will immediately cancel the commission. Please send it as "goods or services" if promted to

Working Process

  1. You (the client) sends a request through my Ko-Fi commissions page here (If the commission is NSFW, please click here instead)

  2. You (the client) sends details about the request, if I need more details I will message you! If you want to change your mind about any details, DM me on Ko-Fi!

  3. Full payment sent by you (client)

  4. Completed drawing sent to client (You may ask for revisions.) See "Payment" section.

  5. Revisions completed, Drawing Sent & Approved by client (if applicable)

  6. Commission completed!
